Partners in life and business Danika Cooper and Tumua Tuifao founded Danika Cooper Jewellery in early 2017 as a result of a shared love of black pearls, a deep and abiding affinity with Te Moana Nui-a-Kiwa, and a desire to develop beautifully designed, inclusive and accessible collections. The duo are passionate about Polynesian black pearls and source their beautiful, fine quality pearls directly from French Polynesia to provide their customers with one-of-a-kind jewels they will always cherish. They create their unique collections as well as custom designs together at their East Auckland workshop. Not only are they committed to maintaining their craftsmanship, but also to delivering ethical products by providing clients with complete transparency around the metals, pearls and other elements they use in their designs.
