He uri māua nō Kai Tahu, Ngāti Kahu, Ngāti Whātua me Ngāpuhi. Based in Tāmaki Makaurau (NZ). The inspiration behind Rerehua Boutique came from sisters and co-founders Kelly Pihema-Berridge and Ashley Pihema’s desire to bring their Māori culture into every aspect of their lives. The result is a brand that is founded on the aroha they share for their reo (language), tikanga (ways of doing) and kaupapa Māori (philosophy). Together they create beautiful every day taonga. The sisters say they are unapologetically proud to be Māori and hope that when someone wears our taonga they feel confident, empowered and proud to whakanui (celebrate, uplift) and represent the indigenous reo and heritage of Aotearoa.
