Sweet & Me is more than a pâtisserie—it's a delicious narrative of Fijian culinary heritage, lovingly crafted by co-founders Bertrand Jang and Elizabeth Koroivulaono. Rooted in the rich culinary traditions of the Pacific Islands, the brand’s artisan desserts and pantry range bring the authentic flavours of Fiji directly to your table. Born out of a serendipitous moment shared over Jose Cuervo, Sweet & Me emerged from the shared childhood memories and cultural pride of two best friends. Bertrand, with his connections to Salia, Nayau, and Lau, and Elizabeth, representing Yaroi, Matuku, and Lau, have transformed family recipes into a celebration of Pacific gastronomy. Baker and pâtissier, Bert has been responsible for giving his and Elizabeth’s vision form by creating the brand’s artisan offerings to share the taste of the their traditional family recipes. Sweet & Me are committed to ethical sourcing and cultural preservation by: sourcing fresh, local Pasifika ingredients; preserving generational recipes; celebrating Pacific culinary traditions; and supporting local Pacific Island communities
