Our Koko Samoa Drinking Chocolate Block is 100% pure ground cacao. We call them blocks because they are moulded into a container so you end up with a solid block of raw sugar free chocolate which is stone ground to give it a smooth and rich natural cacao flavour.
All our koko products are made in small batches in our little West Auckland roasteryusing premium organic Pacific cocoa beans from Samoa, Vanuatu, The Solomon Islands, and Papua New Guinea. We don't brag about how good our cocoa is, we'll let you decide.
*Please note while our koko looks like chocolate, it is 100% dark cacao paste so is bitter to the taste. Only for the brave!
