Te Tīmatanga

From the depth of whenua (land) once covered in water, lies ancient remenants from the past.  Petrified over many years into a perfect representation of historic times.   This Niho mangō (shark tooth) marks the beginning of our 'Anake" collection.  A range of exclusive one off designs.  This pendant is named "Te Tīmatanga" - meaning the beginning.

A customised braided cord compliments the natural indentations and curvacious structure.  Streaks of naturally aged cracks and cool colour tones sets this piece apart from the rest.   From the shores of Aotearoa, a single slither of natural pāua shell toggle secures the pendant in place.

Care Instructions:  This piece can stand in all weather types with you without any problem.  It is recommended to remove before swimming to enable longevity of braided strapping.   Our custom packaging is recommended for storage requirements - alternately store in a dry area wrapped in cloth for protection.
