It's very simple, you lather a bar of soap by rubbing it between your hands under some water to create bubbles that captures dirt and bacteria and washes it away as you rinse off. You can also lather a bar of soap on a loofah/sponge and use it that way as a full body wash.

Start by wetting your hair and the bar, then create a lather either by rubbing the bar between your hands or directly onto your wet hair. Massage the lather into your scalp and work it through your hair from roots to tips. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, repeating if necessary. Allow the shampoo bar to dry after use and store it in a well-ventilated container. For travel, consider using a tin or pouch. Optionally, if your hair feels dry after use, follow up with our conditioner bar.

conditioner
After washing your hair with shampoo and rising, rub the conditioner bar directly onto your hair to create a creamy texture. Massage it through your hair, focusing on the tips. Allow it to sit for a moment, then rinse thoroughly. Store the conditioner bar in a cool, dry place after use.
