Our primary shipping/freight partner Go Sweet Spot will provide updates on factors which may affect domestic deliveries.

We encourage you to track your delivery progress via the tracking link I provided in the email confirming purchase and to only contact us if your delivery is overdue by more than 7 working days.

Our vendors work from different locations across Aotearoa, including some remote locations.

Therefore, shipping may take longer than 7 working days. However, we will contact you in the event of any specific delays affecting delivery outside of usual specified time frames.
